The final two weeks of marathon training before running the New York Marathon on the 5th November. A training plan which pretty much started on the 27th December 2016, but the majority of the training began after the Paris Marathon in April. BERLIN MARATHON TRAINING – WEEK 15 – 17

After missing 3 weeks of training due in injury, it is time to get back at it and get marathon ready for Berlin, just 4 weeks to go until the big day, just how ready am I going to be for this after missing 3 weeks?
