My first proper race since the NYC marathon 4 months ago. Training has gone pretty well since, although all of that training has been endurance work in preparation for the Manchester & London marathon’s in April. So the big question was, how is my half marathon pace looking? can I run close to my PB pace or have I lost some of that speed during the endurance training.
