NEW YORK CITY MARATHON 2018 RACE RECAP

Marathon distance run number 10, my fifth of 2018 and final race of the year. NEW YORK MARATHON 2017 TRAINING – WEEK 5 & 6

The final two weeks of marathon training before running the New York Marathon on the 5th November. A training plan which pretty much started on the 27th December 2016, but the majority of the training began after the Paris Marathon in April.
